83-year-old Wang Deshun (王德顺) first making headlines for his stint on the runway in 2015. He shot to fame and was dubbed China’s hottest grandpa.
With a physique like a Renaissance sculpture and hipster beard, he looks better than most men much younger than him. So how exactly did he do it? Is it the food he eats or the exercise regime that he follows?
Wang Deshun first joined a local gym at the age of 50 and determined to set aside time each day to exercise in a bid to fight mental and physical stagnation. He exercises up to four hours a day, a fitness regime not all of us can follow.
Wang Deshun proves to the world that we don’t have to age with weaken body and mind. All of us have the same capacity to take in every moment available to us to live a positive and healthy lifestyle.
